- All quotes are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and applied per person per cruise;
- All quotes are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Service Charges;

* CHILD POLICY
- The FOC Rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults (No extra Mattress)
- The Child Rate for children from 5 to 12 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults (No extra Mattress)
- Only 1 (one) child under 5 years traveling with 2 (two) adults is allowed for FOC per group
- Acceptance of additional bookings for children are subject to discretion of Party A
* GUARANTEE POLICY
- Full payment is required upfront upon confirmation either by credit card (Visa or Master card) or by bank transfer;
- For reservations settled by credit card, the same card(s) must be presented upon check-in;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

* CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO HURRICANE OR BAD WEATHER
- In case of the bad weather and the trip is cancelled before you depart Hanoi, there will be no charge and full payment will be refunded back to your account.
- Should the trip is cancelled once you arrive in Halong Bay, there will be some charge only for the transfer, the lunch you enjoy in Halong and the day trip (if any).
- In case your 3 day-2 night cruise is required to be changed to a 2 day-1 night cruise:
+ Return the pier at noon (before 12.00 hrs): The same price for 2 day-1 night cruise is applied;
+ Return the pier after having lunch: The same price for 2 day-1 night cruise plus USD per person is applied;
+ Return the pier at 17.00 hrs: 75% of the value of 3 day-2 night cruise is applied.
* REFUND
The refund process will take approximately 7 to 21 working days depending on the intermediary bank.
* COMPLAINTS AND/OR COMMENTS
- We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaints and/or comments regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.
- Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to Managing Director at gm@essenceyachts.vn
* GENERAL INFORMATION
- Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.
- Subject to the paragraph immediately below, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:
+ There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by us or by our employees or agents;
+ Such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
+ Any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of our contract;
+ Any loss is in excess of three times the fee payable in respect of your stay.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Vietnam law and the Vietnam courts shall have jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with them.
